Pineda Invitational
When & where: Friday at Deltona
Teams in the field: In addition to the host Wolves, Bartram Trail; DeLand; Gateway; Lake Nona; Mulberry; Oviedo; Seabreeze; University (Orange City).
Area returning champions: None; this is the inaugural version of this event.
Synopsis: Can anyone in the field slow down Gateway’s strength up top? That should propel the Kissimmee group to the top team spot, but DeLand had a nice start with its group of girls at Lady Clash and Bartram Trail will be led by its trio of ranked wrestlers in its initial competition that we’ve seen.
