Tiger Duals & Girls’ Roundrobin
When & where: Saturday at Columbia.
Teams in the field — Boys: In addition to the host, Clay, Interlachen, Liberty County, Mosley, Union County; Hilton Head SC; Girls: In addition to the host, Chiles, Clay, Fletcher, Interlachen, Liberty County, Mosley, North Bay Haven, Union County; Hilton Head SC.
Defending team champions: None. Last year’s tournament was conducted entirely via callout format.
Synopsis: After winning at Dual in the Dunes last week, I would guess that Clay should be the favorite to win here as well, but Hilton Head should have some decent talent up and down the lineup. Union County was sixth at Fernandina and could be in the mix for a potential final opponent as well. Mosley should pick up many individual wins as well, with perhaps a couple of dual victories in play.
