Synopsis: Could there be a new team champion? All signs point to DeLand, which has had to bide its time against powerhouse lineups from Flagler and New Smyrna Beach the previous couple of seasons, but this year should be the Volusia County Bulldogs’ time to finally shine. FPC and NSB will definitely be scrapping it out for second, with the Flagler County Bulldogs looking to have the upper hand there. Deltona will have a few champs as well, and Seabreeze might snag one or two as well.
