When & where: Wednesday at Orange Park.
Teams in the field: In addition to the host Raiders, Bartram Trail, Chiles, Fernandina Beach, Florida High, Pedro Menendez, Ridgeview, St Augustine and Yulee will be in attendance.
Synopsis: This mid-week event is actually the third one staged by the Raiders (Raider Duals #3 was scratched last month) and will be the regular-season finale for most if not all of the teams in the field. The field at OPHS on Wednesday is a field that has several teams that would be among the more solid contenders in their respective districts as next week’s FHSAA post-season begins to unfold. There is maybe only a couple of teams — and those due more to lack of numbers than anything else — that will struggle to find dual wins on Wednesday, with several above-average groups that will make impacts at both the region and state levels in the next few weeks.
